Do I need to install anything?
No. DyeHouse Cloud runs entirely in the browser on any laptop, tablet or phone. You can also "install" it as an app from the browser for a full-screen experience — nothing to download or maintain.
How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial — no card required. You get the full plan during the trial. We email you 2 days before it ends, and if you don't upgrade the account is locked (your data is kept safe) until you subscribe.
How does the colour matching work?
Feed in a target from your spectrophotometer or a swatch, and the system reads the L*a*b* values and suggests a recipe to hit it. On QC you capture the batch reading and it computes ΔE (CIEDE2000) and gives a clear pass / reprocess / reject verdict with full history.
Is it built for GST and Indian accounting?
Yes. Invoices are GST-compliant (CGST/SGST/IGST, HSN), and the accounting suite covers ledgers, journals, GST returns (GSTR-1/3B), TDS/TCS, balance sheet and P&L in the Indian format.
Can I keep my data on my own server?
Yes. Choose managed hosting and we run it for you, or self-host on your own server for full control. Either way you can export your data at any time.
How is my data secured?
Passwords are hashed, sessions are hardened, payment secrets are encrypted at rest, and sign-in supports fingerprint and pattern in addition to passwords. See our Privacy Policy for detail.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
It stays available for export for a grace period after cancellation. We never sell your data, and you can request deletion at any time.
Do you support multiple users and roles?
Yes — add operators, QC, supervisors and owners with per-module permissions, so each person sees only what they need.
